Questions people ask

Will it hurt?

We numb the area properly before any treatment, and we stop whenever you raise a hand. Most patients tell us it was easier than they expected.

I have not been to a dentist in years. Is that a problem?

No. Many of our patients are in the same position. We do not judge, we just start with a check-up and make a plan at your pace.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For treatments over $300 we offer interest-free plans over 6 or 12 months. Ask at your consultation.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call before 11 am on a working day and we will see you the same day. Outside hours, our emergency line number is on the door and on this page.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes. Message our assistant or call us up to 24 hours before and we will move it at no charge.
