Terms of Service

These are the simple terms we work under. For each project we also send a short written proposal with the price, what is included and the timeline. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
The free mock-up
A mock-up is free and comes with no obligation. You owe nothing if you decide not to continue. We keep the right to reuse design ideas that are not specific to your brand. Mock-ups are not a licence to publish our work until the project is agreed and paid for.
Price and payment
We agree a fixed price before work starts. Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is paid to start and 50% when you approve the finished work. Optional monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time.
Revisions and timelines
The included number of revision rounds is stated in the proposal. Timelines depend on you sending content (logo, photos, treatment and price lists) and giving feedback promptly. Delays on your side move the delivery date.
Ownership
Once the final payment is received, you own the website files, content and accounts we create for you. Domains and accounts are registered in your name. Third-party tools we use may have their own licence terms.
AI assistants
AI assistants answer practical questions, collect booking requests and pass anything clinical to your team. They do not give medical, dental or legal advice. You review and approve what the assistant says before launch and remain responsible for the accuracy of your prices, hours and policies. AI can occasionally make mistakes, so we recommend your team checks booking requests as normal.
Patient information
Do not send us patient information while we are building. Handling of real patient data, including any HIPAA arrangements such as a business associate agreement, is agreed in writing before launch. See our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees of results
We build carefully, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of patients, bookings, rankings or revenue.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you accept a proposal applies to that project.
